Kathmandu. KATHMANDU, June 26: Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company has handed over rescue equipment to the Armed Police Force (APF) Nepal for disaster management. The equipments were handed over by Acting Chief Executive Officer of APF, Kabi Phuyal, in the presence of Additional Inspector General of APF Ganesh Bahadur Thada Magar.
The PPEs were handed over in the presence of APF Halchowk high officials and company’s Chief Marketing Officer Ganesh Chaulagain and Balaju branch chief Madan Khatiwada.
APF Additional Inspector General Ganesh Bahadur Thadamagar expressed confidence that the assistance would enhance the efficiency of the disaster relief team and save the lives of people in difficult situations.
Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company, Kabi Phuyal, said, “Armed Police Force (APF) is a security agency that has been playing a major role in disaster management and rescue operations in the country and the insurance business is directly related to civil security. ।
