Kathmandu. Sumnima Hydropower Company Limited has called its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 22. The assembly will begin at 10:45 am at the Crystal Banquet at Manbhawan in Lalitpur.
The meeting will approve the proposal for the initial public offering (IPO). The meeting shall approve the annual financial statements to be submitted by the Speaker. The meeting will approve the financial statements of the previous fiscal year and approve a proposal to appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year.
The meeting will endorse a proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to make necessary amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Memorandum of Association to take loans in order to take loans in order to increase the sum of profit and loss in the paid-up capital and accumulation.
