The fourth annual general meeting of the company held on Saturday approved the dividend for the financial year. The meeting also approved the annual and auditor’s report.
The meeting also approved a special proposal to provide margin trading facility to its customers. Apart from this, the meeting also passed a proposal to take a loan of more than Rs 20 crore with the existing paid-up capital.
The meeting also passed other proposals, including the appointment of an independent director. The meeting was chaired by the company’s chairman, Uddhav Shiwakoti.
