Kathmandu. Shivam Holdings Limited is going to hold a special general meeting on September 24. The company will hold the meeting at the company registered office in Anamnagar at 11:30 am. The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on September 2 has fixed the date of the meeting.
The meeting shall adopt a special resolution to amend the objectives set out in clause 4 (sub-section 1) of the approved Memorandum of Association of the company.
