Kathmandu. Sopan Pharmaceuticals is going to open its initial public offering (IPO) to the general public from April 15.
In the second phase, the company will issue 2,14,500 units to mutual funds and 1,71,600 units to employees of the company while the remaining 3,474,900 units at face value of Rs 100 will be issued to the general public.
Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 11,000 units.
The interested bidders can apply for the shares from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) licensed banks and their branches. The IPO will be issued on April 20 at the earliest and at the latest, after the banking hours.
NMB Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
