Kathmandu. Shares of Solu Hydropower Ltd will start trading in the secondary market from Sunday.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed the IPO of Sol Hydropower Pvt. Ltd. There is a rule that trading in the secondary market will be done from the second day of the listing of the IPO of any company. But since tomorrow is Friday, the company’s shares will be trading from Sunday.
100 million units of Solu Hydropower has been listed on NEPSE. Out of which 80% i.e. 8 crore units are held by the promoter and 20% of the ordinary shares i.e. 2 crore units.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has assigned ‘SOHL’ to Solu Hydropower. For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed a minimum of Rs 100 to a maximum of Rs 300.
If the shares of the company are traded within the range fixed by NEPSE in the special pre-open session, then it will be traded for the regular session.
Solu Hydropower has opened its IPO for the general public from January 19 to January 19. The IPO was allotted to Nabil Investment Banking, the issue manager of the IPO on January 26.
