So far, four development banks have declared dividends, which shares will still be offered?

Kathmandu. So far, four development banks have declared dividends for the financial year 2082/83. These banks have declared dividends to be distributed to their shareholders from the profits of the last financial year.

Shine Resunga Development Bank, Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank, Shangrila Development Bank and Garima Bikas Bank have declared dividend so far.

Shine Resunga Development Bank has decided to distribute a total dividend of 16 percent of the current paid up capital from the distributable accumulated profit for the financial year 2082. This includes bonus shares of 6 percent and cash dividend of 10 percent (inclusive of tax). At present, the bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 5,02,19,72,729.93. The bank has not fixed the general meeting and book closing date.

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has proposed to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 57,TAG_CLOSE_strong_21 92,822.24 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 4,21,19,30,814.94 from the distributable profit at the end of the last fiscal year to the shareholders of Rs 4.21 billion out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 350 million. The bank has already approved the proposed dividend by holding its general meeting on September 14.TAG_OPEN_strong_21

Shangri-La Development Bank for the financial year 2082. It has decided to distribute dividend of Rs 393,59,842.69 crore from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 3,734,68,505.53 crore, which is a total of 10.5263 per cent.

Out of this, 4 per cent has a bonus share worth Rs 149.36 million 740.22 and a cash dividend of Rs 243,697,102.47 (including tax on cash and bonus).

The bank has decided to hold the meeting on October 22. The meeting will begin at 10 am at the Alice Reception in Gairidhara, Kathmandu. The bank has decided to close the book from October 22 to October 22 for the purpose of dividends and meetings. This means that only the shareholders who have been in the bank before October 22 will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the meeting.

Garima Bikas Bank (TAG_CLOSE_strong_19}} has decided to distribute a total dividend of Rs 6.02 billion from the profit of the last fiscal year. This includes 10 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend (including tax). The bank has decided to hold a meeting on October 11 to approve the dividend. It will start at 10:30 am at Hotel Pokhara Grand, Birauta, Pokhara.TAG_OPEN_strong_19

The bank has decided to close the book on September 14 for the purpose of dividends and meetings. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the bank as of September 13 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.

Out of the four development banks that have declared dividend, 3 development banks: Garima Development Bank, Shangrila Development Bank and Shine Resunga Development Bank will get the proposed dividend.TAG_OPEN_strong_18
