Kathmandu. Small Life Insurer has brought in a business of Rs 10.18 crore in the current fiscal year 2083. In the first month of July 2018, it has brought in a business of Rs 10.18 crore.
According to the data released by the Nepal Insurance Authority, three micro life insurers collected a total insurance premium equivalent to this amount in July. During this period, these companies issued 2,85,869 insurance policies.
Liberty Micro Life is the biggest businessman in the month of July. The company has issued 12,267 insurance policies and collected a total premium of Rs 4.14 crore.
Similarly, Guardian Micro Life has collected Rs 3.86 crore by issuing 2,54,505 policies and Crest Micro Life has collected Rs 2.17 crore by issuing 19,097 policies.
