Kathmandu. Skyline Infra has called for a special general meeting.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold the special general meeting on April 24. The meeting will begin at 5:00 pm at Hotel Sarobar in Adarshnagar, Birgunj.
The AGM will endorse a special proposal of issuing 20 percent of the paid-up capital of the IPO as stipulated in the Memorandum of Association. The meeting will also endorse a special proposal authorizing the Board of Directors to proceed with the necessary process for the issuance of the IPO.
The AGM will also endorse a proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to issue the IPO at a premium price.
