Kathmandu. Six directors of Best Finance Company have been elected unopposed. The company’s 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 16 elected six directors unopposed.
From the founding group, Prof. Ramji Gautam, Ram Chandra Devkota and Sushila Khanal are from the general group while Khimlal Poudyal, Ram Lala Shrestha and Bishnu Prasad Gyawali are from the general group. Similarly, Bauddha Raj Aryal has been elected as an independent director.
A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on June 19, 2019. Ramji Gautam has been unanimously elected as the president.
