Kathmandu. Sipradi Auto Parts Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Tata Genuine Parts, has launched its “Channel Partners Entrepreneurship Development 2026” training targeting the next generation of its channel partners. The special entrepreneurship development training was formally inaugurated amidst a program organized in Kathmandu.
The program, organized in collaboration with SIPRADI Training Center, is aimed at giving continuity to the established auto parts business, easing the process of transition and guiding the new generation of youths to explore the abundant potential of entrepreneurship in the country by preventing foreign migration.
The training was jointly inaugurated by Mr. Rajan Babu Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer, SIPRADI, Mr. Rajesh Prasad Giri, COO, Mr. Yubaraj Budhathoki, Senior General Manager and Mr. Sharada Rana, General Manager (HR) of SIPRADI. In the first phase, 9 successors of channel partners will participate in this program. The participants of the program shared their business vision, expectations and plans.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, the office-bearers of SIPRADI said that the role of the new generation is important to make Nepal’s auto parts business more systematic, digital and modern. “This training will be a milestone in taking the local business with modern technology and new thinking in the country by staying in the country instead of going abroad for foreign employment or study,” they said, “This training will be a milestone to take the business that has been in operation since its establishment to a new height.” ’
Sipradi Auto Parts has long-term plans to extend this training to future successors of other channel partners across the country. The training is expected to enable future owners and managers to understand the Tata Genuine Parts market, manage it scientifically, increase profitability and plan their business expansion through the use of digital technology.
