Kathmandu. Sikles Hydropower has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Monday decided to distribute 13.375 percent dividend from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year. This includes 12.706 percent bonus shares and 0.669 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting has also decided to submit the proposed dividend to the Electricity Regulatory Commission for approval. After the approval of the commission, the dividend will be approved by the upcoming annual general meeting and distributed to the shareholders.
