Kathmandu. More than 1,57,000 units of shares of Siddhartha Bank are for sale.
A total of 1,57,479 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank are being issued. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of Siddhartha Bank can apply for the shares.
The deadline for submission of applications has been given 35 days. The promoter shareholders can apply for the shares at the bank’s head office at Naxal, Kathmandu within the period.
The bank will open the sale to other individuals and organizations if no application is received from the promoter shareholders for the purchase of shares.
