Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank has declared attractive dividend for the financial year 2082. 83.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute a total dividend of Rs 14.79 billion to the shareholders out of the distributable profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 14.79 billion. This includes bonus shares worth Rs 1.47 billion and cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 1.47 billion.
Similarly, the bank has decided to distribute cash dividend of Rs 10,75,89,041 to the shareholders of the company.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
