Kathmandu. Subhashree Agni Cement Industry has started the process of bringing an IPO. The industry has filed an application with the Securities Board of Nepal seeking permission to bring the IPO.
If the securities board gives permission, the industry will bring an IPO worth Rs 2.02 billion. Accordingly, the company will issue a total of 20.21 million units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100.
Machhapuchhre Capital is the IPO sales manager of the company.
