According to the financial report, the bank has earned a profit of Rs 1.18 billion in the last FY. Previous fiscal year 2081. The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 64.56 crore in the review period. The profit of the bank increased by 82.97 percent compared to the previous year.
In the review year, the bank’s distributable profit stood at Rs. 84.64 crores. The bank has a capacity to distribute 16.86% dividend.
In the review year, the operating profit of the bank increased to Rs 1.73 billion. In the previous year, the operating profit was Rs 91.11 crore. The operating profit of the bank has also increased by 90.74 percent.
In the last FY, the bank earned Rs 2.82 billion. The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 2.64 billion in the previous fiscal year. Interest income has increased by 6.90 percent.
The bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 5.02 billion with rated earnings of Rs 84.64 crore and reserve capital of Rs 2.14 billion. Last year, the retained earnings were Rs 668.5 crore and the reserve was Rs 1.83 billion.
During the review period, the bank collected deposit of Rs 77.85 billion and extended loan of Rs 63.26 billion. In the previous fiscal year, the bank collected deposit of Rs 71.76 billion and extended loan of Rs 56.90 billion. With the increase in deposit collection and loan flow, the business of the bank is also expanding.
The non-performing assets ratio (NPL) of the bank increased to 4.93 percent in the review year. The NPL of the bank was 4.27 percent in the same period last year.
The bank’s annualized earnings per share (EPS) has increased to Rs 23.52. The EPS was Rs 13.24 a year ago. The bank has a net worth of Rs 159.48 with a P/E ratio of 17.64 times.
