Kathmandu. Shikhar Power Development has received permission to issue IPO.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has given permission to Shikhar Power Limited to float an initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 32 crore. The company is issuing a total of 3.2 million units of shares at a face value of Rs 100.
Global IME Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
