Kathmandu. Shib Shree Hydropower Company has received permission from the Securities Board of Nepal to sell its right shares. The company has received permission to sell 14.76 million units of shares worth Rs 1.47 billion i.e. 100 percent of the current paid-up capital.
The company got the approval from the board today. Citizen Capital is the issue manager of the company.
