Kathmandu. The auction period for 1,84,79,800 units of shares of Sonapur Minerals & Oil Limited will end on October 7.
Out of the total 3,07,50,500 units registered and listed with the Securities Board of Nepal, 1,84,79,800 units of shares were in lock. The lock-in period of the shares has now ended.
The closing period for 1,84,50,300 units of shares of promoters and 19,500 units of shares reserved for employees of the company will be valid from October 7.
