Kathmandu. Shares of Sarbottam Paints Industries will be trading in the secondary market from Thursday.
The initial public offering (IPO) of Sarbottam Paints has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today. The IPO of any company starts trading from the second day of its listing. Accordingly, the company’s shares will be traded from tomorrow.
A total of 3.4 million units of shares of Sarbottam Paints have been listed on NEPSE with a face value of Rs 100. Out of the total offered shares, 8,50,000 units i.e. 25,000% of the total offered shares to the general public and 25,50,000 units to the promoters.
For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed a minimum of Rs 100 to a maximum of Rs 300 per share to Sarbottam Paints. The trading signal is that the company has received ‘SAPIL’.
The company’s shares will be traded for the regular session if they are traded within the range set by NEPSE in the special presession on Thursday.
Sarbottam Paints had opened its IPO to the general public from June 12 to June 12. The IPO was allotted on June 11.
