Kathmandu. Shares of Bhujung Hydropower are set to start trading from Sunday.
The initial public offering (IPO) of Bhujung Hydropower Limited (Bhujung Hydropower) has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today. The shares of any company will be traded from the second day of listing in NEPSE. However, since the shares will not be traded on Friday, the shares of the company will be trading from next Sunday.
NEPSE has listed 10 million units of ordinary shares of Bhujung Hydropower. Out of the total offered shares, the company has 80 lakh units and the ordinary company has 20 lakh units.
NEPSE has set a minimum price of Rs 90.04 and a maximum of Rs 270.12 per share for the first transaction. Now, in the special presession on Sunday, if the shares of the company are traded within the range set by NEPSE, it will be traded for the regular session.
Bhujung Hydropower had issued 8,30,000 units of IPO to the general public from January 26 to January 29. The IPO was issued by Kumari Capital, the issue manager for the IPO on February 12.
