Kathmandu. The share prices of two companies have been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The share prices of Prabhu Insurance and Atmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today. After the book closure of these companies for the AGM and dividend distribution, NEPSE adjusted the share price and fixed the new price.
NEPSE has adjusted 14.25 percent bonus shares of Aatma Nirbhar Laghubitta and 8.7 percent bonus shares of Prabhu Insurance. After the adjustment, the share price of Atmanirbhar Laghubitta has been fixed at Rs 5,571.47 while that of Prabhu Insurance has been fixed at Rs 688.13.
NEPSE has adjusted the share prices of these companies based on the closing price of the previous trading day. On the previous trading day, the shares of Atmanirbhar Laghubitta were trading at Rs 6,365.40 per share and Prabhu Insurance was trading at Rs 748 per share.
Based on this adjusted price, the shares of these companies will open in the secondary market today.
