Kathmandu. The share prices of two companies have been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Shares of Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha and NMB Bank have been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
NEPSE has adjusted the share price after the book closure of the two companies for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.
NEPSE has adjusted 5 percent bonus shares of NMB Bank and 14.25 percent bonus shares of small farmers. After the adjustment, the share price of NMB Bank has been fixed at Rs 242.76 while that of small farmers has been fixed at Rs 771.99. NEPSE has adjusted the share prices of these companies based on the closing price of the previous trading day. On the previous trading day, NMB shares were last traded at Rs 254.90 per share, while small farmers were last traded at Rs 882 per share.
Based on this adjusted price, the shares of these companies will open in the secondary market today.
