Kathmandu. The share prices of two companies have been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange. The share prices of Shangri-La Development Bank and Snow Rivers have been adjusted. After the book closure of these companies for the purpose of general meeting and dividend distribution, NEPSE has adjusted the share price and fixed the new price.
NEPSE has adjusted 4 per cent bonus shares of Shangrila Development Bank and 10 per cent bonus shares of Snow Rivers. After the adjustment, the share price of Shangrila Development Bank was fixed at Rs 411.54 and that of Snow Rivers was Rs 859.09. On the previous trading day, Nepse adjusted the share price of Shangrila Development Bank at Rs 428 per share and Snow Rivers at Rs 945 per share.
Based on this adjusted price, these companies will open in the secondary market today.
