Kathmandu. The share prices of Nepal Stock Exchange 3 companies have been adjusted. The share prices of Shine Resunga Development Bank, Sarbottam Paints and Arun Valley Hydropower Company have been adjusted on the NEPSE. After the closure of the book for the purpose of the general meeting and dividend distribution, NEPSE has adjusted the share price and fixed the new price.
The share price of Shine Resunga Development Bank has been adjusted after 6 percent bonus shares. After the adjustment, the share price of the bank has been fixed at Rs 404.62. NEPSE has adjusted the price of the bank on the basis of its last trading price of Rs 428.90.
The share price of Arun Valley Hydropower was fixed at Rs 256.19 after a 5 per cent bonus share. The price adjustment was based on the last trading price of Rs 269 yesterday.
Similarly, the share price of Sarbottam Paints was fixed at Rs 1213.64 after 10 percent bonus shares. The last trading price of the company was adjusted on the basis of Rs 1335 on the NEPSE yesterday.
Based on this adjusted price, the shares of these companies will open in the secondary market today.
