KATHMANDU: Self-employment Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha will start integrated transactions from September 21 after the acquisition of Win Nepal Microfinance. After the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank, it will bear and accept all assets, liabilities and other potential liabilities of Win Nepal Microfinance till the last day with final approval from the Securities Board of Nepal and the Office of the Registrar of Companies.
The company has informed all the customer members, shareholders, regulators and stakeholders that all banking services of both the institutions will be closed for one day on Sunday, September 7, the day of the start of the integrated transaction.
After the acquisition, the office of the microfinance company will be located in Banepa Municipality-5 of Kavrepalanchowk.
