The Securities Board of India for the current fiscal year 2082. The issue of restructuring of the Securities Board has been fixed in the policy and program fixed for 83.
Now the board will be reconstituted and provision will be made to represent the revenue secretary and deputy governor as members of the board of directors.
Similarly, expert members will be added and representation of the private sector and other ministries and bodies will be removed.
