Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to issue units of ‘Garima Subarna Yojana’.
The scheme manager Garima Capital had sought permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue units of the mutual fund. Now, Garima Capital will issue units worth Rs 1 billion under this scheme. As per the agreement, the company will issue a total of 100 million units of face value of Rs 10 each.
The scheme will be operated under Garima Mutual Fund. It’s an open-ended plan.
