Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Kalinchowk Hydropower Limited to float its initial public offering (IPO).
The Securities Board of India (SEBON) on Monday granted approval to Kalinchowk Hydropower Limited (LGI) to issue an initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 13.75 crore. Now, the company will issue a total of 13,75,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100.
RBB Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of Kalinchowk Hydropower.
