Kathmandu. Two hydropower companies have received permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue IPOs.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Kalanga Hydro and Sanigad Hydro to issue IPOs. Kalanga Hydro and Sanigad Hydro have been approved for IPOs worth Rs 49 crore and Rs 85.50 crore.
Kalanga Hydro will issue 4.9 million units of shares at face value of Rs 100 and Sanigad Hydro will issue 85.50 lakh units of shares at a face value of Rs 100. Sanima Capital of Kalanga Hydro and Laxmi Sunrise Capital of Sanigad Hydro have been appointed as the issue managers.
