Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) today granted permission to two companies to issue IPOs.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Yambling Hydropower and Sopan Pharmaceuticals to issue IPOs. Both companies will now proceed with the IPO sale.
Now, Yambling Hydropower will issue an initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 28 crore. As per the agreement, the company will issue a total of 28 lakh units of shares at a face value of Rs 100. Muktinath Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
Similarly, Sopan Pharmaceuticals will issue an initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 42.90 crore. As per the agreement, the company will issue a total of 42,90,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100. NMB Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
