Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The second annual general meeting of the National Life Insurance Company Limited (FY 2074/75 and 2075/76) has been concluded.
The AGM discussed and approved the financial statements for the fiscal year 2074/75 and 2075/76 BS. In addition, discussions were held on various issues related to the company’s overall financial condition, management improvement and expansion of insurance services.
The proposals presented in the AGM were unanimously passed and important suggestions were received regarding the future course of action and strategy of the company.
The company has pledged to expand access of insurance services, strengthen customer service and make corporate governance more effective.
