Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank has issued a 10.25% SBL Debenture 2083 which will mature on September 10. The bank has issued a notice saying this.
The bank had issued a total of 2.5 million units of debentures (worth Rs 2.50 billion) at a face value of Rs 1,000 per unit for a period of seven years. The debentures were issued on September 12, 2019 at an interest rate of 10.25 per cent per annum.
The debentures were listed on Nepse on October 25, 2019. The debentures will mature on September 12, 2019.
