Kathmandu. Sarvottam Paints Industries has paid dividends for the financial year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Sunday decided to distribute bonus shares worth Rs 3.4 crore, which will be 10 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 34 crore for the current financial year. The company has set aside a cash dividend of Rs 17,89,474 for tax purposes for these bonus shares.
The bonus share will be approved by the company’s upcoming AGM.
