Kathmandu. More than 2,42,000 units of shares of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited are for sale.
A total of 2,42,648 units of shares of the promoter group of the company are being issued. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the shares.
The application can be submitted to the company’s central office at Naxal, Kathmandu. The deadline for this has been given till February 6.
If the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
