Kathmandu. Sanima GIC Insurance Company has decided to sell its promoter shares. The company has issued a notice today for the sale of 3,916 units of promoter shares.
The promoter shareholders who want to buy the promoter shares have to submit an application within the next 35 days to the central office of the company at Tangal, Kathmandu along with the required documents indicating the price of the shares they want to buy. Only promoter shareholders can apply for these shares.
If the company does not receive any application for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the shares will be sold to other person or promoter as per the prevailing law.
