Kathmandu. Sanima GIC Insurance Limited has handed over the necessary medical appliances to Shree Gangamala Basic School based in Birendranagar Municipality-10, Surkhet as a part of its corporate social responsibility.
The company has provided 4 computers to the school and a water filter for the students. The program was held on April 29.
The program was attended by the company’s Karnali Province Chief Govinda Jung Singh, Branch Chief Santosh Thapa and other employees. Also present on the occasion were Nepal Insurance Authority’s Karnali Provincial Office Chief Nil Prasad Lamichhane, School Management Committee Chairman Jagat BC, Principal Tej Kumari Chapai, teachers and employees.
The materials were handed over jointly to the school by Nil Prasad Lamichhane, Karnali Province Head of Insurance Authority, Govinda Jung Singh, Karnali Province Chief of Sanima GIC Insurance, Santosh Thapa and other employees of the company.
The company has stated that it will continue such CSR programs with the objective of supporting the education sector.
