Kathmandu. The IPO of Sanigad Hydro has been issued on June 1. Laxmi Sunrise Capital, the issue manager for the IPO issuance, this morning.
The company is issuing a total of 4,674,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to the general public from June 2 to June 4. A total of 3,01,32,500 units of shares were sought from 2,759,490 applicants. Out of these, 2,97,50,210 units of the total 2,727,515 applicants had been accepted while 31,975 applications were rejected.
The IPO has also been allotted through lottery due to more applications than the demand. Out of which 467,400 applicants got 10 units of shares. In this way, 22,92,090 of the applicants have become empty-handed.
