Kathmandu. Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 3. The meeting will be held at The Narayani Resort, Nawalparasi at 11:00 am. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on May 21 has fixed the date for the AGM.
The meeting will approve the annual report and financial statements of the last fiscal year 2081/82 and also decide on the appointment of auditor for the current fiscal year and determination of his/her remuneration.
The meeting will also endorse the decision to assign full responsibility to the Board of Directors if they go for merger and acquisition with any other microfinance company in the future.
The company is going to close the book one day on May 5 for the purpose of the meeting. As per the book close, only the shareholders who have remained in the AGM till May 14 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
