Kathmandu. Salpa Bikas Bank has started the process of bringing an IPO. The bank has filed an application with the Securities Board of Nepal seeking permission to issue the IPO.
Salpa Bikas Bank will float an IPO worth Rs 172.38 million if the Securities Board gives its approval. Accordingly, the bank will issue 1,723,880 units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100 each.
Muktinath Capital is the ipo sales manager of the bank.
