Kathmandu. The Ministry of Finance has proposed some conditions for the salary hike and incentive allowance of the employees from public corporations to committees.
The Ministry informed about this by issuing a notice today. The government has decided to increase the salary, grade, technical grade and incentive allowance of civil servants with effect from July 1.
Now, the following conditions have been put forward by the Finance Minister’s decision while maintaining the salary and grade increase and incentive allowance of the executive employees of public corporations, authorities, boards, corporations and committees.
Terms
- To determine the new pay scale according to the rank÷level÷post established by the meeting of the Council of Ministers with effect from July 1, 2083 with effect from July 1, 2083. However, if the incentive allowance of the employees receiving the incentive allowance is less than the incentive allowance established by the decision of the Council of Ministers on July 20, only the allowance will be provided as much as is less. Provision to provide incentive allowance on the basis of performance indicators will be made gradually.
- New grade rate shall be determined only if the existing grade rate is less than the new grade rate applicable to the civil service.
- Not to increase any other types of allowances and facilities that would create financial liability without the consent of the Ministry of Finance.
