Kathmandu. Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited in collaboration with Rotary Club of Himalayan Golfers has distributed educational materials to the students of Blind Women Association Nepal on August 3.
The event was graced by Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company, Barishma Saud Acharya.
Students of Blind Women Association of Nepal were present in person and required educational materials were handed over directly to them.
On the occasion, Acharya said that the Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited has been continuously contributing to education, health and social development sector as a part of its corporate social responsibility. She also pledged to give continuity to such social responsibility programmes in the days to come.
The program was attended by officials of Rotary Club of Himalayan Golfers, representatives of Blind Women Association Nepal and students. The students who received the study materials expressed gratitude for the support and expressed the belief that this would help to make their study more comfortable and effective.
