Kathmandu. Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Insurance in the last fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 15 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders from the profit of the current fiscal year i.e. Rs 2.62 billion. Accordingly, the company will distribute Rs 39,39,57,730 as cash dividend.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from the Insurance Authority of Nepal.
