Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited is going to sell its promoter shares. The 2 promoter shareholders of the company have applied to the company for the sale of their promoter shares.
The company has issued 13,170 units of shares to promoter shareholders Moksha Rajya Laxmi Devi Pradhan and 1,30,442 units to Sunil Narayan Shrestha.
As the promoter shares have to be given first priority to the existing promoter shareholders of the company, only the existing shareholders can buy these shares.
The promoter shareholders should apply to the company’s central office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of notice. The company will issue the shares to the general public if there is no application for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated time.
