Kathmandu. The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has secured 2.4 million votes under the proportional representation (PR) category.
According to the data released by the Election Commission, a total of 4,833,351 proportional representation votes have been counted in various constituencies across the country so far. Out of this, the Rastriya Samajwadi Party alone has garnered 24,02,887 votes. That’s 49.21 percent.
The Nepali Congress (NC) is the second largest proportional representation vote. The Congress has garnered 16.70 per cent or 8,15,744 votes.
Similarly, CPN-UML has garnered 6,96,977 votes and NCP has garnered 3,31,410 votes. The UML has won 13.97 per cent of the total votes and the NCP has 6.65 per cent.
So far, the RPP has garnered 176,656 votes while the Labour and Culture Party has garnered 118,359 votes.
