Kathmandu. RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 26. The meeting will begin at 9:30 am at the Western Asian Hotel, Butwal, Rupandehi.
The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent cash dividend (including tax) on the current paid-up capital. Likewise, the meeting will endorse the proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to carry out mergers and acquisitions with other financial institutions.
The microfinance company had closed its book on November 9 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till November 9 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive dividend to be distributed by the microfinance.
