Kathmandu. RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha in the last fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The board of directors of the company has decided to distribute 8 percent cash dividend (including tax) from the profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 1.03 billion. Accordingly, the company has proposed to set aside Rs 8,27,25,153.36 to distribute cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
