Kathmandu. The government has allocated Rs 10 billion for the health insurance programme. Finance Minister Poudel said this while presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2082/83 BS on Thursday. Arrangements will be made to pay the pending payment claim amount in this fiscal year after examining the third party.
