Kathmandu. Ridge Line Energy has called a special general meeting.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold the special general meeting on September 18. The meeting will begin at 11 am at the Green Land Banquet and Restaurant in Chandragiri-7, Kathmandu.
The meeting will pass only one special proposal, amending the company’s regulations.
The company has decided to close the book on September 23 for the purpose of the meeting. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the company till September 22 will be able to attend the meeting.
