Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane has received a big relief from the Office of the Attorney General.
KATHMANDU: The Office of the Attorney General has decided to withdraw the cases of organized crime and money laundering against former home minister and Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP) president Lamichhane. The office has approved the decision of the concerned public prosecutors to withdraw the case.
With this decision, the cases filed against Lamichhane by the Government Attorney Offices of Kaski, Rupandehi, Kathmandu and Parsa on the charge of organized crime and money laundering will be withdrawn.
However, the case of cooperative fraud against him is still pending.
